FPI Mag

Multipoint insertion electromagnetic flowmeter

The FPI Mag is an electromagnetic multipoint insertion flowmeter offering high measurement accuracy, even at low velocities and in difficult hydraulic conditions.

Its various electrodes, positioned from top to bottom of the pipe, allow complete velocity profile measurement and thus average flow rate deduction.

This innovative design from McCrometer, acknowledged market leader, is suitable for highly variable flow profiles.

It allows cost-effective, on-site installation without shutting down, emptying or cutting the pipe (hot tap installation), while offering performance comparable to that of a full-bore electromagnetic flowmeter.

The choice of materials, both for the rod and for the electrode sets, makes FPI Mag extremely robust and corrosion resistant.

The FPI Mag is available in both mains and battery-powered versions.
