DVP

The Intelligent Doppler Sensor for Open Channels

The DVP sensor uses Doppler technology to measure the fluid flow velocity of your sewer and stormwater systems.

Its advanced processing and communication capabilities allow the DVP to be transformed into a flowmeter thanks to its own height/surface conversion tables.

It evaluates the signal quality associated with each measurement to provide data of optimal reliability.

Applications

In temporary or permanent metrology, the DVP sensor is used in the following applications:

  • Self-monitoring of networks and sewerage systems
  • Monitoring of flows in irrigation canals, rivers and streams
  • Diagnostic studies
  • Flood prevention and flood control
  • Quantification of industrial discharges
  • Verification of existing flowmeters
