The NivuFlow 600 has been specially developed for flow measurement in full pipes, whether for drinking water, industrial water or treated wastewater. The complete measurement system includes the NF600 transmitter and a range of associated sensors, providing the optimum solution for every application.
The measurement principle of the NivuFlow 600 is based on the acquisition of the transit time of ultrasonic signals between two sensors (velocity path). From the measured velocities, the NivuFlow 600 calculates and instantly displays on its transmitter the average flow velocity and flow rate of the analyzed pipe section, and offers extended diagnostic functions for a more in-depth analysis.
The possibility offered by the NivuFlow 600 of using several pairs of sensors simultaneously on one or more pipes provides great flexibility and ensures optimum accuracy, even under difficult hydraulic conditions.
Multiple communication and connection options, with secure protocols, give a great flexibility to integrate these flowmeters into control systems (PLCs, SCADA, etc.)
But the NivuFlow 600 can also be used as a stand-alone unit, for local operation and with an optional telemetry.
A battery-powered version, the NivuFlow Mobile 600, is also available, for sites without a power supply or for mobile measurement campaigns (portable, waterproof equipment).
Some typical NivuFlow 600 applications:
CONVERTER-TRANSMITTER
SENSORS
Various models, frequencies, mounting types (NIS/NOS/TPS0)
— Clamp-on sensors
— Insertion pipe sensors
— Hydrodynamic/Wedge sensors
